We are coming into the last week of our Fashion Month program. Saturday 6 April will be our last day of the Sustainable Ethical Local Fashion Pop Up Shop and on this day Melbourne designer Ellie Mücke of MüCKE will be facilitating her one day workshop – Making Shirts into Skirts – a fun way to upcycle and learn new skills in a designer kinda way!
We had a very successful Sustainable Ethical Fashion Forum on 20 March with 50 people registering, free gift bags and a host of wonderful quest speakers including Dale Cornell from New Model Beauty Queen and include Vicki Sterling from Bonds Clothing; Simon Mc Rae from Ethical Clothing Australia (ECA) and Tegan Rose & Lara Cameron from Ink & Spindle.
