Colour Box Studio realises the importance of embracing individual and collective wellbeing throughout the creative journey.
With this in mind, we have developed ways for artists and creatives to explore mental health, self-care and wellbeing through several Colour Box Studio programs, guided by a community-trusted healthcare professional.
Through one-on-one, couples or group settings, our aim is to provide safe spaces that are respectful, inclusive and culturally aware.
If you’re new to therapy, want to meet like-minded folk through our group sessions, or you’re curious to find out how to connect with a therapist one-on-one, we invite you to reach out via email.
